1. Nature of the Services
IronPulse Reports provides automated external security visibility, scoring, and reporting. Our platform monitors publicly accessible indicators to provide executive and technical visibility into your external attack surface.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Observation Only. IronPulse Reports does not provide active mitigation, managed security services (MSSP), endpoint software, or breach response. We identify and report on externally visible risks; we do not remediate findings or provide internal security controls.
2. No Guarantees of Immunity
The cybersecurity threat landscape is dynamic. While our reports utilize recognized frameworks and technical standards, we offer no guarantee that use of our Services will prevent cyber attacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access. A high score in an IronPulse report is a current reading of observed external risk and does not imply complete security.
3. Framework Mapping & Compliance
Our reports may map findings to regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST). These mappings are for informational reference only. IronPulse Reports is not an auditing firm and does not issue formal compliance certifications. Formal audits require independent validation beyond our automated external observation scope.
4. Authorized Use
You may only use our Services to monitor assets that you own or have explicit authorization to analyze. Unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure through our Services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronPulse Reports shall not be liable for any damages resulting from security incidents, data loss, or business interruption experienced by your organization, regardless of the indicators provided in our reporting.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for violation of these terms or unauthorized technical use of our observation platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
