To support historical trending in our reports, we retain security review data for up to one (1) year unless you request earlier deletion. When an account is closed, active configuration data is purged from our systems within 30 days.

If you wish to request a permanent purge of your data, please contact our support team. Residual data may persist in secure off-site backups until naturally rotated out of our retention cycle.
